poor soundproofinglumpy mattress

I was SOOOO disappointed by the lack of soundproofing. I could hear EVERYTHING from the hallway, including other guests talking and doors slamming ALL night. It made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. The mattress also felt old and lumpy. It definitely needs replacing. It affected my rest.

outdated furnitureweak air conditioning

The room i got felt quite outdated. some of the furniture looked worn. the air conditioning was also pretty weak. It struggled to keep the room cool enough! also, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. there were very few options for someone like me.
